Meet The Band: Liberty Road

I'd like you to meet Liberty Road. I can often be found playing locally with these talented gentlemen. Whether they're playing a gig in town or practicing in our home studio, these boys are always about getting together, making great music and having a good time while they're at it.

Bass Player
Randy “W.H. Lucky” Haugen
Skills: Mild mannered trucker by day, funkified bass-playing trucker by night. He makes a mean salsa.
Likes: Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey, inappropriate jokes told at inopportune times

Randy is a Georgia-born son of a preacher man who has been playing bass on and off for most of his life. In the 70's he was the bass player for a successful nationally touring Christian group. He can entertain his friends for hours with his music, and even longer with his stories and jokes.

Lead Guitar
Eddy “Big Daddy” Croker
Skills: Guitar man who can rebuild an engine, fix your water heater and cook you dinner all in the same day
Likes: Tools......lots and lots of tools

Eddy is a true blue country boy who has always believed in the value of a day's hard work. He has a love of all things rock and roll and is a HUGE Beatles fan. He is a self taught guitarist who has been playing on and off for 30 years and helped to instill a love of music in both of his children.

Keyboard Player
Edward “The Swordfish” Croker
Skills: Classically trained pianist who can build a website, draw up a house plan and has a black belt. Not the martial arts kind, just a snappy dresser.
Languages: English, Spanish, Klingon
Likes: Lightsabers

Edward has been playing piano since he was 8 years old and is also a talented flute player. He has a degree in chemistry and is skilled at many things, especially involving computers, but his true passion has always brought him back to music. Now he has evolved into a talented song writer and is self-taught at the recording arts.
